Gen {2013 Senior} | CT Senior Photos

I was super-excited when Gen contacted us to have her senior photos done!  She’s one of my former students and I knew her session would be lots of fun!

Pretty sure she thought I was CRAZY when I wanted her to begin the session at this old truck…but glad she went with it!  LOVE the casual look & pretty pop of light here!

We try to keep all of our senior sessions unique and match the style of the senior we’re photographing.  That’s one of the reasons I love these sessions so much…SO MANY GREAT LOCATIONS & FUN POSES!

And here & there we like to throw in something more traditional, too…

Again, our goal is to capture a bit of your personality with a variety of looks and poses.  We love when seniors bring a variety of clothing changes and accessories with them!  What better way to match your style and get different looks!

Every once in awhile, I like to play around with the light and get a funky look, too!

These last photos are some of my favorites from Gen’s session!  In fact, I was pretty sure I wouldn’t be able to wait before posting a sneak peek…  It’s such a great feeling to walk away from a session feeling like that.  Knowing you captured that little bit “more” you were looking for (CT Senior Photos).

Knowing you created art.

Gen,

Thank you for trusting Simply K Studios for your senior photo session!  I know some of my ideas might have seemed crazy, but I’m so happy you were willing to go with them!  I wish you the best of luck during your senior year, and in college!  You are awesome :)
